Marguerite Joly is the co-coordinator of Hybrid Plattform, an initiative of the Berlin University of the Arts and the Technical University of Berlin, created to support research and education initiatives in the heart of Campus Charlottenburg. At Hybrid Plattform, Marguerite develops connections with researchers and educators across artistic and scientific disciplines–in the universities, in Berlin, and internationally–with a view to finding synergies and compatibilities that will form bases for trans-disciplinary projects. She is also in charge of event programming and press relations for the Hybrid Plattform.

Marguerite previously worked as a project and research assistant for Tanzplan Deutschland, an initiative of the Kulturstiftung des Bundes, where among other activities she developed and implemented the prototype of the dance archive portal Digitaler Atlas Tanz. In parallel, she has consulted for various enterprises on communications strategies. Marguerite studied art history and comparative literature, and has lived in Paris, Stuttgart, Vancouver and Berlin.
