Maximilian Greschke is the founder and CEO of Recare, a leading German health tech company focusing on digital discharge management. The company connects over 900 clinics with 25,000 post-care providers and designs discharge and transition processes that are efficient, secure, and cross-sectoral. Recare also develops its own AI products that significantly reduce the burden on hospitals and post-care providers by eliminating bureaucracy and cutting costs.

With the Recare AI Summit event format, Greschke and his team demonstrate that artificial intelligence can be used in healthcare right now and brings real added value. Greschke is also considered a thought leader for the practical application of AI thanks to his podcast „Diagnose: Zukunft“. There, he and his guests demonstrate how AI reduces bureaucracy, freeing up more time for actual patient care.

Greschke began his entrepreneurial career at Delivery Hero, where he helped build the big data team.
