Nadja is a Managing Director in our Accenture SONG Design Capability. Next to leading our Song Design team and studio in Berlin, Nadja serves all of our people in Song as our People & Culture Lead and holds the responsibility for our client projects in Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion.

She connects and supports humans across Design, Strategy, Business and Technology who want to change organisations to become more user- and life centric, work on purpose-led business strategies and create meaningful and valuable future products, services and business models.

Nadja joined Accenture in 2011 as an experienced hire. With more than 17 years of professional experience in Consulting and Industry roles in Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Energy, Life Sciences and Medical Technology, she brings a deep understanding and empathy for people from diverse backgrounds as well as organisational challenges and leads teams to successfully collaborate and innovate.

Nadja holds a diploma in Business Administration with focus on Innovation Management and Media Management from UE, the University of Applied Sciences Europe and is an active member of PANDA I The Women Leadership Network.
