Natalie Rodriguez Faria is the Head of Innovation at Hamburger Hochbahn AG, Germany’s second-largest public transport operator.
From 2006 to 2011, Natalie worked as a consultant at TransportTechnologieConsult in Karlsruhe, where she led diverse projects in the areas of fare systems and revenue management, service feasibility studies, and contract audits.
She joined Hamburger Hochbahn in 2011 and has since held several strategic roles, including Tariff and Revenue Specialist, Corporate Management Advisor, and Lead Project Manager for Automated Driving in the bus segment. Her leadership in the HEAT project (Hamburg Electric Autonomous Transportation) from 2018 to 2021 demonstrated her ability to drive forward-looking mobility solutions.
In her current role, Natalie is responsible for trend management, the development and implementation of innovative projects and prototypes, and fostering open innovation through collaboration with external ecosystems.
