Nina is a strategist and consultant in the field of organisational development. She leads nextMedia.Hamburg, the initiative to support digital transformation and innovation in the content industry in Hamburg. She was a Research Associate at the University of Hamburg, where she specialised in innovation management within the media industry. She was previously Head of Digital Marketing and oversaw many digital projects at SPIEGEL Group.
