Olaf is a partner at Target Partners, a leading Venture Capital firm located in Munich which invests in young technology companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In the past as a Business Angel Olaf has invested in young IT and Internet companies. In 2005 he founded Collax, a Linux server solutions vendor based in Boston and Munich, and served as CEO of the company until the end of 2006.

Prior to that, Olaf was an investor and Chief Sales Officer of Cobion, an IT security solutions provider which was successfully sold to ISS Internet Security Systems in 2004. From 1999 to 2002 Olaf was a management board member at ACG, a company publicly quoted on the Frankfurt stock exchange. Since 1994 Olaf served in various management positions in the IT sector, including as Senior VP for Marketing and a management board member of Minolta.
