Prior to his current role, Olof co-founded Fjord in 2001, a pioneering design agency that grew under his stewardship to become a leading global design team, with studios in 35 cities around the world. For 20 years, he led Fjord in delivering cutting-edge design solutions, which later became a part of Accenture Song.

Olof has worked closely with leadership teams from some of the most recognised international brands across various industries, including Citibank, Santander, T-Mobile, the BBC, Disney, Adidas, Harvard Medical School, NatWest, and Qualcomm.
