Oskar is an Experience Strategist at Accenture Song and a researcher at heart. Following his extensive field of interest, his path led him to study a wide range of subjects from cultural studies to sociology and business history. He focused much of his research on family businesses and how they are adapting to embrace the future. Concrete methods like OKRs became a topic of great interest and passion for him. Seeing how they can be used in practice by companies large and small to create real value and transparency is a key reason for his affection for the subject.
