Prash works as a Mechanical Engineer at Gowerlabs, a spin out company of University College London, producing brain imaging systems used for neurological and psychological research worldwide. His role comprises aiding the design of future systems as well as ensuring current systems are being produced efficiently, at the highest quality. Prash mainly works on imaging systems which utilise near infrared light to track local changes in blood flow throughout the brain, hence his interest in the field of Brain Computer Interfacing. He has been organiser of the BCI meetup at SXSW for the last two years. Additionally, he is a passionate maker and also works with the ‘Institute of Making’ at UCL. Alongside this he loves photography, video production and music production.
