Rowan Barnett is responsible for leading Twitter's efforts in Germany. Prior to joining Twitter Rowan was the head of community and social media at BILD.de. In 2006 he launched the English language news channel, BILD.com and before that he completed an international trainee program at Axel Springer, writing for MAXIM and BILD among others, as well as focusing on user generated content at BILD.de. Rowan studied History at Oriel College, Oxford, before moving to Berlin in 2004. He is @rowbar on Twitter.
