Sabine Richter is CEO and Founder of FAKTOR 3 together with Stefan Schraps and Volker Martens. She is a communication professional with both journalistic and engineering backgrounds. As CEO and HR professional she is engaged in team-building and the development of an agile working environment at the FAKTOR 3 Quartier with five different locations, more than 20 teams and 230+ people in 5+ companies and leading tech-clients like Microsoft, Adobe, Samsung and many more.
