Curiosity and search for new experiences got me chasing for new discoveries. Whether in education, while traveling, during my internships within logistics, the automotive industry or renewable energies. Connecting the dots was always key.

This did not stop during my bachelor studies in management in Hamburg and Edinburgh or my masters in innovation & entrepreneurship in Copenhagen. Identifying differences, experiencing change and acting upon it was always a personal desire.

During my master degree and my research position at the Copenhagen Business School the role of the bicycle got a fundamental redefinition with regards to urban mobility and related fundamental economics. I fell in love with riding my bicycle and learned the hard way that there are many things to improve.

The idea for Veloyo was born.
