Stephan founded Innovation Evangelists in June 2013. Innovation Evangelists are independent experts in business and science. They advise companies on Social Business and help them to innovate faster. Stephan Grabmeier is a thought leader in Enterprise2.0, Future Work and Innovation Culture. He is also a Business Angel investing in Start Ups to foster HR Innovation.

Before founding Innovation Evangelists, Stephan was Head of Culture Initiatives at Deutsche Telekom AG. He led the Center of Excellence Enterprise 2.0 and was responsible for the internal transformational change to connected life and work. In 2011 he was elected as "Social Media Innovator" by W&V, a leading German advertising magazine.

Together with Frank Schabel and Prof. Jutta Rump he is editor of the book "Organization2.0 - courage of uncertainty". At the beginning of 2012 he was awarded the „Corporate Web 2.0 Award“ by IIR Technology. Stephan has not only been a longtime member of the board of "Initiative Selbst GmbH e.V.", the most innovative HR association in Germany with more than 500 HR managers, but is also one of the brains behind the „HR Innovation Slam“ - the biggest online event for HR Innovations in Europe!
