City Meets Tech, Co-Founder

Steve has been involved in the UK Internet before there was a UK Internet, in 1994 he joined Demon Internet and helped it grow to be the UK's largest consumer ISP and saw it's acquisition by Scottish Telecom and float as THUS Plc.

Since leaving he has been involved in various start-ups and Co-Founded DBVu which is still in public pre-commercial launch. DBVu allows start-ups to monitor their MySQL databases and offers advice on how to get optimal performance based on how the database is being used.

In 2011 he Co-Founded City Meets Tech which gets start-ups in front of angels where they can pitch. Over 150 start-ups have applied for 34 spots over 4 events which around 25 getting funding.

Now City Meets Tech is looking to start an SEIS fund.
