After his multimedia studies at SAE Institute and Middlesex University London and his parallel work as an graphic- and webdesigner Thomas became Head Instructor of the Audio Department of SAE Institute Berlin in 2004. In 2007 he started to build up and manage the Qantm Institute for Gamedesign in Berlin. Thomas still gives lessons and courses in Digital Image Editing, Screendesign, Graphics and much more. He also still works as an UI Designer. In September 2011 he and his brother Lüder Brüggemann founded the eyeQuest GmbH which is developing the Location Based Service eyeQuest.
