Torsten Ahlers was born in 1965 in Bremen, Germany. Until 1994 he studied Business Administation and graduated in Marketing, Law and Psychology at University of Hamburg. After graduation, he started as a trainee for Axel Springer in Hamburg and worked in the Strategy Department until 1997. From 1997 to 1999 we worked as a Project Manager Online Sales for Gruner + Jahr and became in 1999 Managing Director of Tomorrow Focus Media Sales. At Tomorrow Focus he built up an entire Media Sales Organization. In 2004, Torsten started at AOL Germany as Sales Director and was promoted on a yearly base and ended as President of AOL Germany. The editorial and Sales Team reported to him.

2008 he started as CEO for wunderloop and sold the company to AudienceScience in 2010. In 2010 he was selected as the 4th most innovative Digital Manager from Werben und Verkaufen. From 2011 he is Speaker and Managing Director of NEXT AUDIENCE, a SinnerSchrader company.
