Wolfgang is a facilitator and a conceptual engineer. He helps organisations deal with complexity and change and works with teams and leaders in startups and corporations.

Wolfgang co-founded Hamburg-based Product Studio mindmatters in 2002 and Coworking Space betahaus Hamburg in 2010. He has worked with clients like dpa, G+J, Airbus and Tchibo on product innovation, agile transition and organisational change.
