Prior to this role, she served as Senior HR Business Partner International for LOTTO24 AG, a subsidiary of ZEAL Network, since 2013.

As a qualified Human Resources Manager, her current professional focus lies in the realm of New Work, implementing a modern work model that places both corporate objectives and the needs of employees at the forefront.

Yvonne, a mother of one daughter, embarked on her career in HR Management at the logistics service provider Hammer in her hometown of Aachen. Subsequently, her areas of expertise encompassed HR consulting, employment law, organizational development, change management, systemic coaching, and the reimagining of human resources, transforming a conventional approach into an agile HR Management. Embracing innovative and agile methodologies is key to fostering a modern and successful corporate culture.
