Rachel is a designer, researcher and educator who co-founded Loop.pH - a London based spatial agency operating at the convergence of biology, ecology, architecture and design. Rachel creates environments that speculate on near-future scenarios as a way to critically question the social and environmental impact of emerging biological and technological futures. Her work synthesises living materials and digital tools, whilst exploring a new role for designers working at an urban scale. Rachel lectures and delivers workshops internationally as a senior lecturer with over 10 years teaching experience. Her work can be found in the permanent collections of the MoMA, NY, The V&A, London, Norman Fosters Art Collection & the Bloomberg Art Collection.
