Antje has more than 20 years’ experience in digital design and user experience strategy. After starting her career as a designer for Multimedia solutions she moved to the IBM Consulting Group and specialized in business transformation. In 2000, she was part of the founding management team of the IBM center for e-business innovation, a predecessor of the IBM iX organization.
Since then Antje has accompanied multiple clients on their digital transformation journey. Antje is a leader in IBM Design Thinking and part of the senior leadership team of IBM Design with more than 2,000 formally-trained designers worldwide. As active part of the IBM Design Transformation Antje built and leads the IBM Studios Hamburg, focusing on individual client solutions including new technologies like cognitive systems and blockchain.
