As the head of Accenture Interactive, Brian is laser-focused on creating the best customer experiences on the planet for Fortune 500 brands. Brian has led Accenture Interactive’s disruption of the traditional agency landscape by creating a new Experience Agency service model that combines the capabilities of a creative agency, business consultancy, and technology powerhouse. He continues to build Accenture Interactive’s business every day, working with clients and expanding its global footprint through agency acquisitions, including Droga5, Karmarama, The Monkeys, MXM and Rothco. Accenture Interactive was ranked the world’s largest digital agency four years in a row by Ad Age, while Fast Company named it a 2019 Most Innovative Company in Advertising. Brian regularly speaks with clients, analysts and reporters on the importance of experience transformation and using digital to improve lives. He has been quoted in publications such as Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Horizont, Forbes, Fast Company, and The Evening Standard.
After starting his career at Accenture with ten years of strategy and consulting experience, Brian went on to hold senior leadership positions in the marketing and advertising industry. He returned to Accenture in 2010 to lead Accenture Interactive, which was the perfect marriage of his technology consulting and advertising background and has since grown Interactive into a $8.5 billion business. Brian holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Outside of the office, Brian plays the role of father, surfer, traveler, fisherman and avid Duke basketball and Redskins football fan.
