Christoph Charles is Head of the Global Competence Center for Digital Processes at T-Systems. In this role, Christoph has been responsible for the development of various innovative solutions mainly for customers in the mobility sector.

In the last 3 years he focused on the digital technologies and developed new solutions in the mobility sector based on Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Analytics. His profound knowledge of the industries in the mobility sector together with his technical expertise was key for several new solutions developed at T-Systems.

Before joining T-Systems, Christoph worked as Executive Program Manager for IBM and gathered insights in the operative challenges of various industries. At IBM he received twice the global award for the best innovative project.

Christoph studied Computer Science in Bonn with a focus in Artificial Intelligence.
