Joerg Jelden accompanies organisations in transformation processes and facilitates participation. Together with his colleagues Dirk Bathen and Valentin Heyde he runs the blog Komfortzonen.de. Joerg is also a trained sociodramatist. Before becoming a consultant for strategic and organisational development Joerg worked as a futurist and co-curated the NEXT conference in 2011 and 2012.
