Born in South Korea, raised in the U.S. and based in Vienna since 2012, Kaitlyn has over 20 years’ experience in marketing innovation consulting and works at the intersection between creativity, technology and diversity - currently as Impact Architect for Accenture Song in the ASG (Austria, Switzerland & Germany) region. Before joining Accenture Song, she was COO at Austrian creative agency KTHE GmbH and also spent 10 years at Samsung Group, notably as Managing Director at its inhouse creative agency, Cheil Austria & Switzerland. Kaitlyn served as Jury member at Cannes Lions 2019 for the category Innovation Lions and has won more than 60 international creative and innovation awards including Cannes, Clios, D&AD, Effie and Webby. In her private life, Kaitlyn was the founding board member and President of nonprofit organization Women of Vienna, Austria's largest women's network with over 21,000 members, and started the #MomToo movement in 2022, which went viral with 6 Million views on LinkedIn. She currently serves as Board Member of Strategie Austria and is leading the MenoAdvocatesASG initiative at Accenture, advocating the need for wider, more holistic menopause awareness.
