Born in South Korea, raised in the U.S. and based in Vienna since 2012, Kaitlyn has over 18 years’ experience in marketing consulting and works at the intersection between creativity, technology and diversity - currently as Impact Architect for Accenture Song in the ASG (Austria, Switzerland & Germany) region. Before joining Accenture Song, she was COO at Austrian creative agency KTHE GmbH and also spent 10 years at Samsung Group, notably as Managing Director at its inhouse creative agency, Cheil Austria & Switzerland. Kaitlyn served as Jury member at Cannes Lions 2019 for the category Innovation Lions and has won more than 60 international creative and innovation awards including Cannes, Clios, D&AD, Effie and Webby. She is a frequent keynote speaker on “Future Topics” with focus on new work, flexible leadership/organization transformation and responsible brand strategies. In her private life, Kaitlyn was the founding board member and President of nonprofit organization Women of Vienna, Austria's largest women's network with over 21,000 members, and started the #MomToo movement last year, which went viral with 6 Million views on LinkedIn. She currently serves as Board Member of Strategie Austria.
