Luca Caracciolo has been Editor-in-Chief of the German edition of Technology Review since April 2021. Before that, he spent almost 10 years at t3n - the leading magazine for the digital economy in Germany. He started there as managing editor for the print magazine, then became editor-in-chief of the paper and was most recently editor-in-chief for print and online. As an author and speaker, he focuses on future technologies, such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence, and their social impact. He has spoken several times at re:publica, one of Europe's largest digital conferences. In 2019, he was awarded the prestigious Lead Award for Journalism in the "Magazine Debate" category.
