Lutz Hempel, Managing Partner at Integrated Consulting Group, a leading partner in change in Europe, represents a new generation of consultants who are both competent in consulting, facilitating and training and in artistic work and who combine both competences to inspire and to facilitate change in organizations. He is particularly passionate about the concept of strategic organizational improvisation which he uses in his Jazz it! development program to help leaders and teams improve collaboration and thrive. Lutz has a Bachelor in Arts Management, an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and is a member of the international Arts, Aesthetics, Creativity & Organization Research Network.
