Michael vom Sondern re-joined tesa in 2017 to drive digitalization in Marketing, Sales and Innovation. He built a digital experts unit that accelerated first D2C initiatives in Germany, marketplace launches in China as well as several sales enabling and innovation products.

His current role as the head of Global B2B Marketing & Sales includes the responsibility for lead generation and management, tracking and reporting as well as the Customer Experience across all digital touchpoints.

Between 2010 and 2017, Michael founded several companies in the areas of Business Intelligence, eCommerce and SaaS.

Before this period, he held numerous Industry Marketing & Sales positions at tesa. He graduated in International Business Administration in Hamburg.
