As CEO of TransMarTech (TMT), she spearheads Germany'sUpper North Company Builder for Ocean Scientists, supporting deep tech maritime spin-offs from marine science for a Sustainable Blue Economy. With over a decade of international experience, she has successfully founded and led multiple companies. In her previous role she served as COO/CMO at Adello Technologies, a Marketing Technology scale-up. Her role encompassed leading international operations and marketing teams, developing communication strategies, and pioneering new business models in real-time digital marketing. Nele's entrepreneurship journey began with co-founding Sleepy Dog, offering sustainable dog products for the growing pet market in Germany and Europe. She also founded colourful EVENTS, one of Germany's first wedding and event planning agencies. Beyond her professional achievements, Nele is a mother of four and embodies her commitment to sustainability and environmentalism in her personal life.
