Oleg Tscheltzoff is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and innovator with a strong track record in the tech and startup ecosystem. As a serial internet entrepreneur, he has built and scaled multiple successful online businesses, leveraging his expertise in global markets, management, and marketing.
In 2004, Oleg co-founded Fotolia, the first global online marketplace for creative digital stock images, available in 10 languages. Under his leadership as president, Fotolia grew to become the world’s largest microstock photography platform before being acquired by Adobe in 2014. Prior to this, he co-founded Amen, a leading internet hosting company in France, which was acquired in 2004.
Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Oleg is an active angel investor with over 30 investments in both the US and Europe. More recently, he has begun funding startups in Montenegro, focusing on early-stage businesses with strong growth potential. His investment range typically falls between €150,000 and €2.5 million, with a preference for startups at the seed stage that can generate a solid return on investment. He often connects with founders through networking events and startup programs.
