Peter Weiß

ISS International School of Business Management, Professor Service Operation Management

Prof. Dr. Peter Weiß represents the teaching and research area Service Operations Management (SOM) at the ISS International Business School of Service Management in Hamburg, Germany.
He was appointed to the professorship in April 2011. Currently, he is leading the research project PROMIDIS (October 2012 – September 2015) which develops and evaluates process-based tools to measure service productivity. The project (http://www.promidis.de) is funded by Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany.
