Born and raised in the hotel of his family, Sebastian Heinz discovered his passion for good food and cooking in his early childhood. Nevertheless, he started his career after his Diplom in media science apart from food. As the assistant of the "Dornbracht" management, he learned the basics of real entrepreneurship and further on specialized in multi-channel-marketing. In conclusion of both professions, Sebastian built his own consulting agency (Neofora) and developed further own projects (like Kochschule.de). In the end he linked passion with knowledge and allied with chef and product developer Hannes Arendholz to found FOODBOOM, a start up in Hamburg that produces recipe videos to publish the full food experience online. Today, FOODBOOM reaches more than 8 Mio. people per week.
