Tanja Hilpert joined Zendesk in January 2022 as Regional Vice President, DACH within the EMEA region. In that role, she leads Zendesk´s regional sales team and is responsible for Zendesk's growth strategy in the region, supporting businesses of all sizes.

With more than 20 years experience in the IT industry, Tanja firmly believes that the foundation for all successful businesses is the people involved in creating this success, culture, and values.

Tanja joined Zendesk from Securitas Germany where she worked as Head of Solutions. Prior to that, Tanja was a Regional Vice President Retail at Salesforce.

Based in Munich, Germany, Tanja spends her free time hiking in the alps, skiing and doing sports - preferably with family and friends.
