Zanny Minton Beddoes is Economics Editor of 'The Economist', responsible for all economics coverage in the global magazine. She is based in Washington DC. Becoming becoming overall economics editor, Zanny was responsible for coverage of the US economy. She is also a regular television and radio commentator on NPR, CNN, PBS, CNBC and the BBC. Zanny is a member of the Research Advisory Board of the Committee for Economic Development. She holds an undergraduate degree from Oxford University and a masters degree from Harvard University.
